Jason has owned and/or operated a CPA firm for over 25 years. After graduating from the University of Alabama with an Accounting degree, Jason received his CPA license. Jason and his wife Cathy reside in Brentwood with their three daughters and son.
Jason enjoys traveling with his family, fishing, and golfing.
Chuck is a Nashville native, former business owner, with extensive business management and financial management experience. He graduated from Lipscomb University with a major in Accounting and Finance.

Katherine Armstrong is the go-to problem-solver at Grubbs CPA Group. With a Master of Accountancy from Lipscomb University and certification as a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, she is well-versed in navigating state governmental agencies—including the Department of Revenue, Department of Labor, and Secretary of State—and also provides a full range of accounting services, from bookkeeping to preparing individual and business tax returns.
When she’s not working with clients, Katherine is likely planting flowers, tending to her indoor and outdoor plants, or cheering on her son at football, basketball, and soccer games. She lives in Williamson County and treasures time spent with her family.
Connor is native to Tennessee and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Alabama.
In his free time, Connor enjoys fishing and spending time with family and pets.
Shelby is a Franklin native. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Austin. In her free time, she enjoys going to car shows with her husband, painting, and traveling.
After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business from MTSU, Crimson decided to pursue a Master’s in Accountancy and found a love for Tax Preparation. She is currently licensed as an Enrolled Agent and is working to become a CPA in the coming years.
In her spare time, she enjoys painting, spending time with her Goddaughter, and creating music playlists.
Michele is a Nashville native, and has two sons. She has a Masters in Teaching from Trevecca, as well as, a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Lipscomb University.
Michele is an avid Mississippi State fan. In her free time she enjoys traveling and attending football games with her husband and sons.
Rhonda is originally from Kentucky and moved to Nashville in 1989. Rhonda graduated from Rhema Bible College and attended Southwestern Christian University. She is married and has two adult children. She has 34 years of office admin experience as well as accounting , graphic design, photography, and entry level computer technology.
Rhonda enjoys cattle farming with her husband and her family vacations across the country.
Bre’Anna is from Chapel Hil, TN. Bre’Anna is married to her high school sweetheart and is a mother of two young boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of all her farm animals and homesteading.
